This Privacy Policy pertains to Mobile Fitness Trainer LLC dba Lift Like Lincoln (herein referred to by name, “Us”, and/or “We”) and the User (herein referred to as “You” or “Your”) of this website.
Section 1- What Type of Information Do We Collect From You?
When coming to liftlikelincoln.com, we will collect information from you automatically. This includes information such as your computer’s or mobile device's internet protocol (IP) address. We also collect information associated with your IP address that includes your behavior on our website, how long you stay on our website, entry and exit time of your IP address to the website, links and other clickable features on the website that you click on, scrolling behavior, and location of your mouse on the screen. We may also collect information about the browser you use, location information if you are using an app or cellular device, and device identifiers. Through Facebook Pixel, we also collect the following:
- Http Headers– Anything present in HTTP headers. HTTP Headers are a standard web protocol sent between any browser request and any server on the internet. HTTP Headers include IP addresses, information about the web browser, page location, document, referrer and person using the website.
- Pixel-specific Data– Includes Pixel ID and the Facebook Cookie.
- Button Click Data– Includes any buttons clicked by site visitors, the labels of those buttons and any pages visited as a result of the button clicks.
- Form Field Names– Includes website field names like ‘email’, ‘address’, ‘quantity’ for when you purchase a product or service, if applicable.
We use Google Analytics to manage and view customer interactions with our website. In connection with this, we utilize cookies that track user interactions with our website as described above. We also collect an Android Advertising Identifier or Advertising Identifier for iOS when using a mobile device. In addition, we collect any information that you voluntarily provide to us through online opt-in forms or login information, if applicable. At a minimum, we collect your first and last name, and email address during the “fat-loss fundamentals mini-course”. However, when scheduling a consultation, we also collect your first and last name, email address, age, gender, State/province location, information about injuries you may have, how much fat you want to lose, exercise experience information, and phone number. This information is collected on a 3rd party site called “Acuity”. It is an online scheduling software. If you leave any comments on our website, we will also collect information such as name and all associated words that you choose to leave and the time you posted the comment. If you contact customer support, name and email, and the words chosen to send to support are also collected.
Section 2- How Is Data Collected
Data is collected automatically when you enter our website as described above. Data is also collected when you voluntarily provide us any information or interact with our website by clicking or typing. Data may also be collected from 3rd Party websites that we use for marketing and contact information collection that we purchase and users voluntarily provide. Our site uses Facebook Pixel to track user data. Our site also uses cookies to track user data. Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. By showing how and when visitors use the Site, cookies help us deliver advertisements, identify how many unique users visit us, and track user trends and patterns. They also prevent you from having to re-enter your preferences on certain areas of the Site where you may have entered preference information before.
Section 3- Why We Collect This Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- For customer service purposes such as resolving support issues. This includes sending and receiving support messages, security alerts, and account notifications, if applicable.
- For marketing purposes and market research and for determining the most effective audiences for Lift Like Lincoln’s services
- For targeted advertising on Facebook
- For sending promotional emails
- Measuring website traffic
- For sending periodic educational email material and personal emails from Lift Like Lincoln regarding fitness and health-related information
- For email verification purposes when providing your email to us
- For setting up online consultations in order to reach you and coordinate times and dates to meet
- To fulfill any legal obligations we may have
- To improve website speed and quality of our website
- To improve the quality of website features
- To enable you to access and use the website
- To enable you to communicate with Lift Like Lincoln
- To text you in order to facilitate consultation confirmations and times/dates
We store any information we collect on the website which is hosted by Simplero. This information is stored perpetually in a database that is on the website’s platform.
Section 4- How You Can Control Your Data
If you would like to opt-out of emails from Lift Like Lincoln please contact Mobile Fitness Trainer LLC at Austin@liftlikelincoln.com and we will look at the logistics of getting your information removed as soon as possible. We will immediately stop sending promotional emails to you upon your request.
If you would like to have information removed from storage on this website or Facebook that we may use, please contact us at the same email address above and we will work to remove it as quickly as possible.

Google Analytics

Section 5- How We Protect Your Data
We protect your data by using the Simplero software to store all relevant data, as well as Facebook’s internal software for marketing and Calendly.com when scheduling consultations. All customer information collected automatically or voluntarily is stored on these two software platforms and is only accessible by those managing those lists for email, advertising, or consultation purposes.
Section 6- 3rd Party Sharing
Information is shared with 3rd parties for administrative purposes (such as storage of information), or with Lift Like Lincoln’s advertising partners that set up ad campaigns. The websites/companies where your personal information may be stored from information collected are:
- Simplero.com (hosted by Simplero)
- Simplero.com (for email purposes)
- Calendly.com (for consultation purposes)
As a general rule, we will not give your data to third parties without your permission. However, there are some important exceptions to this rule that are described in the following paragraphs.
We may, in our sole discretion, provide information about you to law enforcement or other government officials for purposes of fraud investigations, alleged intellectual property infringement, or any other suspected illegal activity or matters that may expose us to legal liability.
Although we do not disclose individually identifiable information, we may disclose aggregate data about our website’s visitors to advertisers or other third parties for marketing and promotional purposes.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by third parties online – for example on message boards, web logs, through email, or in chat areas – that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides us. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
Section 7- Payments
We do not provide any direct way for payments to be made for products and services on the website at this time. However, if you choose to purchase a coaching program, the name, address, credit card information, and other details pertaining to your purchase will be stored on Stripe.com or other payment processor as discussed with you and will adhere to their privacy practices. If you wish to remove this type of information, contact austin@liftlikelincoln.com and we can work to remove this information, if it is functionally possible through Stripe.com.
Section 8- General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR)
The GDPR took effect on May 25, 2018, and is intended to protect the data of European Union (EU) citizens.
As a company that markets its site, content, products and/or services online we do not specifically target our marketing to the EU or conduct business in or to the EU in any meaningful way. If the data that you provide to us in the course of your use of our site, content, products and/or services is governed by GDPR, we will abide by the relevant portions of the Regulation.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), or are accessing this site from within the EEA, you may have the right to request: access to, correction of, deletion of; portability of; and restriction or objection to processing, of your personal data, from us. This includes the “right to be forgotten.”

Section 9- Children’s Privacy Statement
This children’s privacy statement explains our practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of eighteen, and provides important information regarding their rights under federal law with respect to such information.
- This Site is not directed to children under the age of eighteen and we do NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen as part of the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of eighteen as part of the Site, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before collecting any personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen as part of the Site.
- Because we do not collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen as part of the Site, we also do NOT knowingly distribute such information to third parties.

Section 10- CalOPPA “Do Not Track” Clause

Mobile Fitness Trainer LLC, dba Lift Like Lincoln reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those changes to our website, so that our website users are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time Mobile Fitness Trainer LLC, dba Lift Like Lincoln wishes to use any Information for a different purpose from that which was stated when the Information was initially collected, this privacy policy will be updated and any substantive changes will be sent to our email list. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information for this separate purpose.
